      In order to ensure stability and reliability of the products, the company introduced a series of advanced production equipment and the piston processing technology, the piston professional “U” processing line, CNC For Piston Contour, graphite spray coating machine, graphite screen printing machine, automatic ultrasonic cleaning machine and hardening anodic oxidation. At the same time, the company establishes Physical and Chemical Testing and Measurement Center, equipped with GNR direct-reading spectrometer, metallographic microscope, hardness tester, piston convex curve quantity meter, microcomputer type universal tool microscope, roughmeter,air gauge. These equipment and processes meet twelve requirements of product process control and quality testing. Moreover, it provides customized products.
